Artisanal Japanese Sake

Since 1856, our award-winning artisanal Japanese Sake has been made at our home in Japan’s Hyogo prefecture. Today, our 4th generation Toji & owner, Kimio Yonezawa, continues his family’s legacy. Follow the lucky red fish and join us on a journey of craft, flavour & adventure.

As pure as the Hyogo spring water used to craft them, all our Sake is made with rice, water, koji (a unique Japanese fermentation culture) & yeast. All deliciously gluten-free, additive-free, vegan-friendly & with no colouring or sugar added.

From Sparkling Sake as an aperitif, to mains, to deliciously rich Sake liqueurs as an after-dinner delight, there’s a Sake for every occasion.

Serve chilled as you would a white wine or, add a tasty Japanese twist to some of your favourite cocktails; think Martinis, Margaritas and Spritz.

It’s a labour-intensive process making our 100% handcrafted Japanese Sake in small batches, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
