Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake
This is a light, dry style of sake with tropical & citrus fruit notes. Best served chilled, as you would a white wine. We polish the rice grains down to 60%, an additional 10% more than the required amount (70%), to ensure this Tokubetsu, or ‘special’ Sake is extra light & refreshing.
Ideal for: Food-pairing: sushi & sashimi are all-time favourites, and cocktails.
Aroma: Zingy citrus notes.
Flavour: Rich, rounded umami flavours with tropical notes.
Finish: Dry and well-balanced.
Rice Polishing Ratio: 60%
ABV: 15%
