Tokubetsu Junmai Sake

Crafted using the king of rice – Yamadanishiki – from the Hyogo region, this Tokubetsu Junmai Sake is rich, creamy and refreshing. The rice grains are polished down to 60%, 10% more than required (70%) to make a Tokubetsu or ‘special’ style of Sake. 

Ideal for: Food-pairing: think tender, smoky barbecued meats. 

Aroma: Pear, walnuts and ripe banana. 

Flavour: Umami rich with ripe fruit notes. 

Finish: A luxuriously long mouthfeel. 

Rice Polishing Ratio: 60%

ABV: 15%

Best served chilled.
